We so appreciated the professionalism, the communication, the on-time appearance, and the expertise of Salvador. He was able to diagnose the problem for a happy ending on our dryer. I liked the privacy of the payment procedure but it wasn't easy to follow and it didn't show my payment for Sal to close out without contacting his office. (However my credit card showed the debit.) I still haven't been able to see an invoice for the repair. Not Salvador's issue. This is something the office needs to figure out. I give Salvador the highest rating possible!

Scott text me to give a time frame on his arrival. He was pretty close to the time he gave me. I was pleased that I was his first appointment in am. Usually when I have an appointment with a service tech for any item I'm usually the lady appt so I appreciate that I was first !!!!

Steven provided clear communication and arrived on time. He quickly determined the issue with our dryer (bad heating element) and replaced it on the spot. He even cleaned the lint out from inside the dryer, saving us the risk of a house fire. He explained everything and was super friendly and clean.
