Nigel explained problem. I would like to know if Sears Appliance repair can come back to fix the problem since Choice warranty is denying my claim. I do believe the dryer is fixable. Your tech was excellent in finding the problem, and I believe he could fix it.

Adam did an excellent job in identifying the problem, ordering the necessary parts in a timely fashion, and then returning the next day to install the parts and demonstrate that my dryer was fixed. (The Sears "AI" service system needs a lot of work. It was very frustrating to use (even misspelled my name). In addition, I got erroneous and confusing text messages from the system which after reading them, I ignored.)
