Mark got in touch before arriving, showed up on time, was polite, and went straight to work fixing our dryer. It was not an easy job, as our laundry area is in a bathroom and the space is pretty cramped, but he got it done.

Very pleased with tech Gary. We had ordered a part that was NOT needed and he told us that there was something else wrong with the dryer. It had no electrical power to the dryer so now we have to have an electrician.come out and check it Just wish the tech who was here on 2-26-26.would have found this problem and it would have saved us a week without a dryer. Not pleases at all with Sears Repair service who we have used for several years and will not call them again to service any of our appliances.
