Alvin, arrived on Friday on time to check my dryer issues, identified the issue was able to find the parts in a kit to save money on repair cost. He ordered the parts had the delivered to my house and schedule a return appointment and completed the repairs.

Joel was very professional in his work. Knowledgeable and explained every step taken. Very thorough in his repair. Courteous and respectful during his repair work. Even though our repair job was scheduled in advance, Joel said it was added to his schedule late in the day. Contact withthe inner office lacks a lot in customer service.

We so appreciated the professionalism, the communication, the on-time appearance, and the expertise of Salvador. He was able to diagnose the problem for a happy ending on our dryer. I liked the privacy of the payment procedure but it wasn't easy to follow and it didn't show my payment for Sal to close out without contacting his office. (However my credit card showed the debit.) I still haven't been able to see an invoice for the repair. Not Salvador's issue. This is something the office needs to figure out. I give Salvador the highest rating possible!
