So happy to see Robert!
Robert has been out to help us before although it has been several years since the last time. Not only has he been able to diagnose and repair the problem very quickly but he is a nice man. We were so happy to see our friend again. Even our young cats who hadn't met him before were drawn to him. He rates 5 ***** on his technical prowess, professionalism and personality
