Drew arrived at the time estimated. Got to the job at hand and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. He was a pleasure to talk to and gave us some suggestions that we could easily due to help our dryer perform better due to the semi-heavy use we put on it. Super great to work with!

Mustafa came on time and clearly explained the situation with our dryer. He completed a temporary fix on the spot and explained what needed to be done to fix it permanently. When/if I need another service, I hope I get Mustafa again, or someone equally impressive.

Gabriel did a great job. Your company scheduling not so much. It took fours weeks to fix our dryer, and only being able to talk to an AI representative is not good customer service.

It was a pleasure having Walton repairing our dryer. His technical skills were very impressive. It was a great lesson in the mechanics of a dryer.
