Very kinded and courteous. Did the repairs and cleaned up afterwards. One of the better service techs we have had.

Sears Home Services repair workers are very good. Brandon W. really stuck in there and was finally able to get my dry working again. I must admit that I do not care for the very poor AI driven contact center. Talking to an AI is useless, Sears used to be top notch for contact service; noy not so much.
