Dryer repair
Charles came and repaired the dryer and suggested maintenance that would extend the life of the dryer, which I accepted. He was very professional and did a good job. My experience with Sears appliance repair has always been great, the previous repair with replacing the belt on the dryer several years ago and that experience with positive as well.

Brian was so nice, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He found the problem when 3 other repairmen couldn't just by taking 1 minute to look at the bottom of the heating element and finding that the bottom was not "popped" in straight and securely, instead of just skimming or looking at the top side of the heating element. element. He also went outside to check that the tubing wasn't clogged!!

Kurt diagnosed the correct problem and fixed it. I have issue with Sears changing scheduled appointments. It happens frequently. I had an appointment and was told in later due to scheduling conflicts that my appointment needs changed. I don't appreciate the changes since one usually waits over a week for the technician to return.

Our Sears service technician came and repaired both of our washer and dryer quickly. He was a very personal person. I appreciated his competence and know how to get the job done correctly the first time. I want to give feedback on the amount of time that took to get this repaired done. There was 5 scheduled appointments for the dryer and one for the washer. The frustration was waiting all day for 4 days. I had to take vacation time and wait for a tech that would not arrive. Sears MUST do better when it schedules appointments.
