I am very pleased with Derrick's work . It took over a month to get the work done . It shouldn't take that long for any work . The company wouldn't give me another company. Not a good policy to have .

Diagnosed the problem quickly, had the needed part, replaced it quickly and tested to be sure the dryer was working properly. Also helped reconnect the vent and put the dryer back in place.
