We had scheduled a repair for 1/9/24, two weeks after the appliance broke, but had to reschedule to 1/15/24 due to a death in the family. That date had to be rescheduled again due to the weather. The technician said that they had been told that they would be working on Saturday to make up calls. So I thought I would be rescheduled for Saturday. Wrong! When I received the date it was scheduled for 10 DAYS LATER. I felt this was an excessively long time to wait. The week before my appointment I received a text message and/ or phone call every day as if I had forgotten an appointment before. The scheduling department definitely needs some tweaking. What makes this really frustrating is that the appliance is only 6 months old. GE, step up.
