DISHWASHER SERVICE CALL THRU AMERICAN SHIELD WARRANTY
Kenneth was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He tested the dishwasher that had flooded the floor when I tried to use it. We just bought another home and I usually dont use it. But I was painting and decided to just get the dishes cleaned quickly. Kenneth explained the plumbing and it is supposed to be attached to garbage disposal, however ours is attached to drain. He even immediately pulled the model number to order a new rinse cap cover which was burnt due to falling at bottom of dishwasher. He was very pleasant, patient and explained everything! He tested my machine completely and said it was old and looks nice however it's not the machine!
