Byron and his trainee helper, Michael, were both outstanding. This service was related to a Choice Home Warranty claim. We had previously been assigned a different service company. The first technician totally misdiagnosed our dishwasher's problem and was not able to be reached by us or Choice after the initial service call. Ultimately Choice reassigned our claim to you. I am so grateful that Sears Home Services has skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful technicians such as Byron and Michael. They were great in every regard and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They also made sure our claim was resolved before leaving. Excellent job. Very satisfied.
