Fast service. Came out and found out what was wrong. Motor is gone. My Kenmore super quiet dishwasher is dead. Repairman helpful asked if I should fix or get new. For the age of machine, better to get new. And it's less then repair.

Problem all along was the way the dishwasher was set up (not level) so the door disengaged in-cycle. Robert detected this immediately, established that it had to do with orientation, fixed it, then locked it in...this will not happen again, problem solved. Great tech. Thanks!

Dave was here twice for our dishwasher. He arrived on time and cleaned up before he left. He explained the problem and what would be necessary to repair it, a new pump. He was, always, courteous and professional.
