He showed up when scheduled. He respected our property and fully answered our dishwasher questions and helpfully answered questions outside the scope of his work on the dishwasher. He made recommendations on how we could handle related plumbing and electrical issues. And he was fun to talk to. I would be happy to have him work on any appliance in my home.

Kenneth came to my home this morning to diagnose some dishwasher issues. He came very close when he said he would and was very nice and professional. I recieved a text from Sears at 7:45AM with Kenneth's exprected time of arrival. The only issue I had was with Sears, (not Kenneth) trying to get a smaller window of time (i.e. morning or afternoon) for the visit rather than "9-5". This is important for me to make arrangements with my work. It was impossible to reach Sears by text, e-mail or phone the day prior to the appointment. Other than this, I highly recommend Kenneth.

Grant arrived the day after my initial online appointment booking. After describing my issue, he was able to arrive with the parts in hand to replace the broken roller bracket which holds the top rack in place. He replaced not just the broken roller but also the opposite side. This was unexpected but appreciated since if it happened on one side it's likely to happen on the other in due time! Grant also checked my water pump & drainage and showed me how to remove & clean the basket filter - something we all forget about! Unparalleled service. Thank you!!
