The technician is very knowledgeable and he is able to troubleshoot and ordered the part. Once the part control board delivered he came back and replaced the part and Dishwasher started working like a charm. I highly recommend Sears and their technicians.

Conner was excellent. We were told our job would take two people. Connor was not told. But he worked alone and did a fantastic job for us. Very pleasant and personable. We are new homeowners and had a dishwasher break 6 months after buying it. Mike was super knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. He was a straight shooter and gave us all our options without trying to persuade us one way or the other. I learned so much in the short time he was at our house and grateful he shared his knowledge.
