Dishwasher repair
Chris was very knowledgeable about the appliance and found a fault that had previously been undiagnosed. Unfortunately he could not complete the repair as the part is no longer available

Frank was great. Fixed my dishwasher. My complaint is I had to wait 3 weeks to finally get it fixed. Initial response time was nearly a week, parts were delivered in a timely manner, but I had to wait 2 more weeks to get it repaired. Also the "8-5" arrival time is too broad. Make it "morning" or "afternoon".

Michael successfully diagnosed my dishwasher and gave me the options. Unfortunately GE does not make parts for an appliance that is only 6 years old, so I didn't get it fixed. But I found Michael to be very nice.

Tim kept us informed about when he would arrive and was very professional. He didn't have to repair anything but did instruct me about the fill sensor- which I had not seated correctly after cleaning underneath it. My fault (🤦♀️)but Tim was gracious- said many people didn't know to check it.
