David was very knowledgeable regarding what needed repaired. He quickly ordered the parts and explained the rescheduling procedure. When he returned to complete the repair he was very through. He noticed glass in the dishwasher drain and removed that before it became a problem. David is a real professional. Knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. I enjoyed having him as my service technician.

The Technician was prompt, respectful, and professional. He first tried to understand what was the problem, how long it was happening then assured us that the problem would be fixed before he leaves, and sure as night turns to day he kept his word. He showed me how to use the appliances more efficiently and explain the reasons why I was having problems. I'm happy.
