Profession, honest, on time
William set me a text followed by an ETA. He took time to figure out our issue and offer a repair cost of our dishwasher, which is covered under a different warranty. Will use sears home service again, just wish the Sears stores were not destroyed by the hedge fund!

The repair work was completed on a dishwasher at our rental property. I was not present when the repair work was completed, but I was kept updated on the status of the parts order and the date that the repair work was to be completed. I have been impressed with the communication that I have received from Sears regarding the ordering and shipping of parts for the repair.
