The technician is very knowledgeable and he is able to troubleshoot and ordered the part. Once the part control board delivered he came back and replaced the part and Dishwasher started working like a charm. I highly recommend Sears and their technicians.

We are new homeowners and had a dishwasher break 6 months after buying it. Mike was super knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. He was a straight shooter and gave us all our options without trying to persuade us one way or the other. I learned so much in the short time he was at our house and grateful he shared his knowledge. Jeff did an amazing job, very professional and thorough and neat! the only complaint is the fact that I had to take 4 days off to get it done! which was not Jeff's fault, the company needs more techs! I personally lost a lot of money due to having to close my business for 4 days over a 2 month period!! Hire more Jeff's!!
