Sears came out as part of my home warranty for my dishwasher. The service tech was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. We ordered the parts, and it was installed within a few days by another tech who was equally as pleasant and did a great job. Very happy, Sears did an awesome job all the way around.

tom was great!! He arrived at our house, the last stop for the very long day. He had a box of very unfamiliar parts that had been changed from the original parts on the dishwasher tray. He studied the whole situation until he got it figured out and fixed!!! Very nice man and we are very happy!
