Simply the Best
We have now had several visits with Andre being our service representative. He is on time, polite, skilled at his job and very professional in all aspects of his visits. He has solved all issues unless the part is no longer available and does all he can to provide amazing Service. He is the reason we keep our Protection Agreement on all 7 appliances in our home because of his skill and service to Sears. Thank you for having him!
