I've had another bad experience with Sears Warranty. I called in May of 2023 and my dishwasher has yet to be repaired. How many times or how long do I need to wait for repair/replacement? I had the same problem with my washer before it was finally replaced. Sears warranty is of no use for consistent service. There's no direct phone number to get the help you need.

Sears came out as part of my home warranty for my dishwasher. The service tech was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. We ordered the parts, and it was installed within a few days by another tech who was equally as pleasant and did a great job. Very happy, Sears did an awesome job all the way around.
