I have to buy a new dishwasher ☹️. However, the Tech experience was wonderful. He called when he was 25 min away to let me know he was in his way. He called when he arrived to ask what door he should use. He was respectful when he was done and I was on a work call, to quietly wait a while I quickly wrapped it up. Nice service experience.

Glenn was professional and courteous. He called ahead to give a more precise time of arrival. Very quick to identify the problem and ordered all necessary parts. Installation was quick and my dishwasher is now running with no issues. Excellent customer service. Very much appreciated.

Tony was our service rep and is by far one of the best there is. Very polite, knowledgeable and explains what he did. He ask several times if we were happy with his work and the units operation. I sure will use him again😁😁😁
