THE BEST!
He is simply the best at what he does. Takes the time to really figure it out and find a solution. You need more like him because as of right now he is the only one I want coming out to my house. I'll just turn everyone else away until he is available. The man deserves a raise.

This is the third time a service agent has been to our home for the same problem. Jawid came on February 28th in response to my original request regarding the dishwasher. The call needed some parts and the parts were ordered. I received the parts on March 6th. Two gentlemen came on March 7th, worked on the dishwasher and after a couple of hours left saying that everything is fixed. When I tried load the dishwasher and start it, I received a message "leak indicated. I reported the problem and Jawid came and worked on the dishwasher and fixed it. I am frustrated that it took two trips to fix a problem.
