He called ahead to verify parts had arrived. Arrived on time, and worked diligently to pull out a dishwasher that hadn't been moved in years. He installed the new parts and left with the entire area cleaned up

Very well mannered repair man. We had a whirlpool dishwasher 1year old that had a bad motor and whirlpool didn't have any motors to replace it. Sorry whirlpool company. Will not by from them again.
