Jason was great. He did everything he was supposed to he was he was fast. He was courteous.. The experience was perfect. It would just be nice to have a better idea of a timeframe and a hour window as opposed to having to wait all day. But that has nothing to do with Jason. It's the way that you do the Scheduling.

This is his second visit to repair at our house and he did not disappoint. He explained everything well to my mom and made sure the appliance worked well.
