Very professional, friendly and did a good job. the only problem I have with any of the service is that it takes at least 2 weeks from the time of reporting a problem until a technician comes to fix it.

Without a doubt Bernie is the best appliance technician we have experienced. He has worked on multiple appliances for us and has always gone above and beyond to thoroughly explain problems, repair the machine and give pointers for possible prevention of future problems. Bernie is skilled, personable and professional. Unfortunately, today's visit found our 4 yo Frigidaire dishwasher unrepairable as, among other issues, the heating unit had burned through the inner plastic shell - a part that is no longer available. We appreciated Bernie's expertise in diagnosing the problems and the contacts he made for us, as well as his explanation of when we could expect next steps from our Protection Plan provider. As an elderly couple, we felt comfortable being in Bernie's care.
