Joe was early, which worked great for me. He was pleasant and professional and took care of our dishwasher pretty quickly and easily, which also worked great for me. We now have our appliances on the service plan; I was that impressed with the service. I know already it's a great deal.

Donald W did an outstanding job. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer multiple questions in terms of the correct way to use the above products so as not to cause damage from misuse. He was friendly, polite, and easy to talk with concerning my appliances. This is the type of service calls that causes me to always consider purchasing items from Sears….good products, great service at a reasonable price.

Robert provided me an amazing service. He is very thoughtful and spends the time to identify and explain the issue to the customers. He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify an issue that was not straight forward. And he got it right on the first try with the replacement part. I can say that this is one of the best technicians experiences I've ever had, and the next time I have an appliance issue I will cal Sears and ask for him specifically if that is an option.
