If you happen to get Michael, you are lucky! He is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable - exactly who you would want coming in to help you out. He also communicated extremely well and was earlier than the schedule predicted, but he called ahead to give his ETA and was within a minute. If he is due for a raise, get it to him! He is one of your good ones!
