We really appreciate James' work on our dishwasher. The Sears Home Repair dispatch service stinks - they rescheduled, cancelled, and messed up multiple appointments, but when the logistics got figured out, James was friendly and professional. He saved the experience.

Lucy came in and performed a parts verification. The control panel was the wrong, older model, although the part number on the box was correct. She performed a quick history of symptoms from what me and my wife were experiencing and performed a self-test on the dishwasher. She was very, very efficient, working with the little space we had for her and was able to successfully repair the dishwasher despite one of the three parts was wrong, being incorrectly packaged in a carton with the correct part number on it. She checked for leaks before reinstalling the baseboard, and thoroughly tested the dishwasher twice. She then made sure we knew how to clean the filters and what to use on and inside the dishwasher to keep it healthy. I signed off on her expertise, her ingenuity, her fast work, her professional demeanor, and a once-again-fully functional dishwasher. Before she left, she asked us if there was anything else either she or her service team could do for us. No, but I'll certainly keep *her* in mind. You can bet on that. She is a keeper. Greg did a super job repairing our dishwasher. I was able to make a next day appointment, he showed up on time, calling me before he arrived and give me updates during the day from his other appointments. He was very personable and explained everything he was doing, putting up with all of my questions as I hovered around him, and was done quickly finding a way to clear the pump (a rubber kitchen drawer bumper was stuck in the impeller) without having to completely remove the unit. He fully explained the reasonable repair costs, and was on his way, making my wife and me happy customers.

We have 6 service calls on our Bosch dishwasher in the lazt month. Bit most of your techs found leaking water wiped it up and said it was fixed. And it lept shoong error E 15. He rry spent a lot time and disccovered the leak. He ordered the parts and fixed yesterday. He is the best.
