Chad has worked on several of our appliances and always does an exceptional job! He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and always takes time to explain what needs to be done if we need a repair. Chad is also very good about keeping us in the loop as far as our scheduled visits and texting or calling when he is on the way. Chad gets 5 stars from us!

Tech was very efficient. He thoroughly cleaned and checked appliances. He listened to all of my concerns and kept me informed of any of his concerns. Very pleasant and well mannered. Hope he fixed the problem with my leaking washer.
