Technician was friendly and professional. He made repair to dishwasher while our 2 and 1/2 year old grandson watched. Technician explained what he was doing as he proceeded to test dishwasher. After a quick repair was completed he took a minute to let my grandson show him his toy tools. And they compared their toy tools. Made my grandson's day!
