David was very knowledgeable about many products. He was friendly and very efficient. He made sure my appliance was working 100 percent before he left. He explained what was wrong which normally a technician won't do. He was very respectful of my property. He came within the time frame I was told. If I need any more appliances repaired I hope I get David again.
