Tim certainly gets a '5'! He was great with his arrival notifications, super professional, and very knowledgeable. I would hang on to him at all costs as I know it's nearly impossible to find good, experienced repairmen!

Daniel was punctual. He let me know about 30 minutes ahead of time that he was on his way. He was very courteous, got right to work, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly.

Hannet is the 4th tech for my dish washer. He fixed the issue with the solenoid. The timer was was worked on by another tech last week. Hannet left, and advised me to clean the dish washer. When I tried to run it, and it did not work properly - I called him and he came back and fixed it!! Turns out prevoius tech did not install timer correctly. I very much appreciate Hannet's hard work.
