John was methodical about diagnosing the problem which took a couple of trips because he kept finding more problems and had to order additional parts. He was polite, notified me when on his way and very neat about the clean-up. I am confident that he fixed the dishwasher once and for all as he verbally walked me through the process. Wish all the repairmen knew as much as John!

Of this entire organization Joe provided the best customer service. His technical skills are exemplary and above reproach. He's the only technician I trust to analyze and repair the appliances in my home. The rest of this organization needs a major overhaul in customer service skills. The scheduling managers are awful and despicable. Your appointment system is severely broken. Your computerized appointment system is awful. PLEASE go back to a live person customer service department. Managers and supervisors should be accessible by phone to handle immediate complaints and concerns. Having a service plan is of know value if I cannot talk to a live person. I am seriously considering discontinuing my service plan and purchasing a plan and company that values my time and my money. At this time I would NEVER recommend this company to supply technical service to anyone.

The technicians are good, but it is very difficult to get an appointment, you must sign up on the internet with the site not always working correctly. If the part is not available to be mailed to you they do not tell you the appointment is cancelled. It might take several weeks to get the part. If you call a number sometimes you can talk to someone, but it does not always help. Very disappointing.
