Steven seemed to know his stuff and got us working. He was also very nice as well. 5 stars for Steven. The only issue with Sears Home Warranty is calling them and getting help. We must spend an average of 8 hours per issue. Not sure the savings are worth the headache.

David communication was excellent. He called to get model number of dishwasher and was able to bring part with him. He was very professional and courteous and repaired my appliance quickly again because he diagnosed before time. He explained every thing he was doing while at my home. I strongly recommend David as a service technician and customer concerned tech.

Anthony is great... friendly and professional. It seems the replacement gasket is a bit thicker than the original that came with the machine, so it's causing some resistance with the door latch. Anthony thinks this might resolve with continued use. We are happy with his service and explanation.

He checked out our dishwasher, ordered the parts and had them shipped to our home. The parts arrived and a week later he returned and installed them.

Actually checked all 7 appliances that were scheduled individually over 6 weeks. He took care of all of it today. Unfortunately, Sears Home Services have hired foreigners for customer service. Good luck on getting anything done correctly through them. I won't be renewing my contract because of them!
