Mr. Gerardo is to be recommended, he was working on a warranty claim from choice home warranty for fixing a leak from a GE built in dishwasher. He came first for a diagnosis and requested to replace the water pump assembly/hose which was the root of the leak. Choice home warranty gave us a hard time to get the recommended parts approved. He came back in a week or so to install the ordered parts and fixed the water pump leak only to find a leak somewhere else, this time coming from the dishwasher shell. This model is ONLY 26 years old and everything is near its life cycle and I understand his frustration and recommended that it is not cost effective to pursue with repairs anymore. He spent at least 2 hours for each visit . Someone else would have given up a long time ago. Thank you Gerardo for your patience, you have tried your very best to repair the leak and it's a daunting job for a 26 years old unit

Marc promptly fixed the major acute problem of our dishwasher a couple of weeks ago (suddenly failing to drain). He quickly found the source of the blockage by spotting subtle changes on the outside of the under-sink drain hose. However, replacement parts for the lower rack glider wheel assemblies and for the door cable assembly had to be ordered. After delivery of the parts to our house, Marc was today equipped to fix both the lower rack and the door problems efficiently and skillfully. On both visits, Marc arrived during the expected time window. He was very friendly and courteous the whole time. It was a pleasure having him help us out at both visits.

Tho arrived on time and assessed my problem quickly. Unfortunately the problem was a gasket and Sears no longer makes the replacement part. The unit is 15 years old so it's ready for replacement. Disappointing since I'm on Social Secuity and can't replace it. Fortunately, I remember how to was dishes by hand. Smoky Dagan Campbell
