Technician arrived at promised time. I was called 30 minuted prior to his arrival. He spent a couple of hours troubleshooting and resolved the issue. He explained to me what the problem was and told me how to prevent it in the future. He was professional and the overall cost was very reasonable.

Harrell came right in and went to work and put the new motor in my dishwasher! When he left he turned it on to the longest cycle and did not wait for it to go through the cycle . I waited and it never drained ! Still won't drain and I amusing big bath towels to try to get the water out! I will call back for a tech to come out and hopefully fix it!!
