Technician very Nice guy, competent as far as I could tell, but he couldn't help me to not pay for the service! Quite expensive to have a Sears dishwasher repairman not find a problem with the dishwasher, which now requires a plumber, but to go ahead and bill me for it… He says that's your policy, and I guess that's how it is, but it's pretty tough on old ladies with limited resources to pay for nothing but his opinion. Couldn't you give us a break?! However, I'm sure that if he could've fixed it, he would have!

The service provided by WIlliam also required Benny ("Doc") to support. So, we went through 4-5 previous appointments (some with no shows) and was finally happy to have a working dishwasher after 2 months of trying. I'm thankful for the technicians, but I expect better from their management in organizing the right support and prioritizing clients that have had many visits without resolution first. Not Doc's or William's issue and that's why they get 5 Stars, but the company personnel organizing their day and providing the support deserve much less. We had several days waiting almost 12 hours before being notified of a rescheduled appointment, unprofessional.
