Scheduling was difficult trying to use your automated system. The system would schedule me an appointment date but with no technician arriving for the service date. This occurred 3 times before getting resolved by me speaking to a live representative . The technician (Randy G.) repaired my dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and professional at diagnosing the problem then making the necessary repairs. Highest rating employee.
