Sears is a joke. Rescheduled my appointment 5 times in a span of 3 weeks. Missed so much work since they provide an all day arrival window. Ridiculous. Poor online customer service.

Harold efficiently repair my Bosch dishwasher. It was not good that he was the 3rd technician making the 3rd visit. 1st technician diagnosed leak and part was ordered. 2nd tech installed new valve and discovered wiring harness defects. Not efficient repair.
