First I was surprised that I was able to have a technician arrive in almost 24 hours exactly from the time I requested an appointment. That's very fast. Mark was able to get our dishwasher going again which was great as we certainly were not wanting to replace it.

VInce was professional and friendly. Only problem is after waiting 48 hours to use the dryer and dish washer - the dryer door shuts but dryer heaters do not work and the dishwasher washer leaks much more than it did.
