The correct parts were ordered and received in one piece. Follow up appointment worked out great. Communication was terrific. Parts all fit and we are good to go again! Very pleased.

Jorge was lovely. Efficient and helpful. The scheduling system was terrible. You are booked for an 8 thru 5 time on a given day, texted five times that the technician was expected to arrive within a window of time and then texted again , and again, and again. So if you can't stay at home and wait for a full 9 hours potentially, don't book with Sears.
