Outstanding service
John did an outstanding job. To my surprise ( contrary to popular belief ) he had the parts he needed to complete the job. He is very friendly and finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time.

Tech arrived before noon, good time for us. Looked like he had been working, but was clean enough to enter our house an do the new part installation. He was quick, experienced as not to have to spread out instructions like I'd of likely done :) Nimble enough to set in front of the washer, legs crossed. Tech showed me how the new part fits and how it secured. Great, friendly personality.
