Overall rating

Though it took 3 visits and over 2 months to get it completed the technician were good, the delays were not their fault. I'm hoping it's finally fixed and we can move on.

Sergii was very professional, and was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly—which was actually a different problem than the original tech thought it was. Very satisfied with his work. Our only primary complaint is that it took nearly 3 months for Sears to finally show up to an appointment and fix the problem. There were numerous cancelled appointments. Grateful Sergii fixed it today.
