Tim quickly diagnosed a complex issue with our dishwasher. Since this is a review on him, five stars, excellent! However, he was the third SEARS technician to visit for the same issue. It is beyond frustrating that the phone and online system is entirely AI-driven and you cannot reach a person to understand what parts need to be ordered or even what type of service call is needed.

Ran my dishwasher through a full cycle on Friday everything was fine today Monday turned on the dishwasher at 2:13 and at 2:23 it stopped had a red light on cancel/drain and the all lights went off
