Jeff has been super patient. Sears has moved to a full AI system that is garbage and can't handle anything that isn't a happy path. A part was unable to be sourced, but the Sears system was unable to do much besides continue to schedule appointments for parts that don't exist. Talking to a human was impossible outside of Jeffry, who would make trips to my home to just submit another report. Jeffry was amazing. Sears is awful.
