his service was great but the experience overall was not. the web site was difficult to use, did not allow me to change an appointment date, additionally, the parts were not ordered as indicated and it took weeks to sort it out. The technician i finally talked with on the phone was very good also. additionally, appointments were postponed a week with no discussion with the client. very poor service. also, the timeframe is a whole day and that is unsatisfactory.
