Keith did a good job. He was on time and very efficient and explain what he was doing. What wasn't ok was setting up appointment. The AI couldn't do all our appliances on one day. And then say after checking that appointment was not longer open. Keith was the only one who showed up on 2 different days. We had three appointment with no shows or calls. And 2 that called to say he couldn't make it that day. Vervy poor service. Walt

Ralph was professional, yet friendly and quite competent in the best ways possible. Our dishwasher was "kaput." Having the dishwasher non functional in our home was stressful and difficult. Ralph figured out what was wrong and ordered exactly what was needed. Everything works now! Ralph "saved the day, the week. etc, and we can now enjoy normal life again. Thank you Ralph!
