Fantastic dishwasher technician
Brian is very polite, thorough, detail oriented and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone needing an appliance repair. The touchtone and AI based scheduling system is exactly the opposite. Took longer to schedule repair than for Brian to get it completed. Live appointment support is stellar.

Tech was great, but not allowed to troubleshoot issues. Was the 4th time here for same issue, and due to time constraints placed on him by sears policy, was unable to stay and see if the fix actually worked. Will be calling back again till the fix or replace, then will cancel this horrible warranty once resolved one way or another. 6 months in since original call…can't let them off the hook yet
